Hey there! My name is MacKenzie Jones. My husband and son are my favorite people in the world; I love serving them with my whole heart! My purpose in life is to serve people; however, that is an extension of my devotion to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
When I can, I love to get outdoors. I am also an artist, and just kind of dabble in anything and everything.
What is a doula & Why would I need one?
- Informational Support
A doula shares up-to-date and relevant evidence-based information to assist you in making informed decisions during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
- Physical Support
Creates and helps maintain a calm environment conducive to birth.
Ensures that you are fed and hydrated during labor.
Applies massage and counter-pressure when needed.
Guides through relaxation and coping techniques.
- Emotional Support
Continuously supports you and your birth partner.
Respects and honors your wishes.
Helps you work through your concerns, fears, and questions.
Shows empathy, care, and takes a non-judgmental stance towards you regardless of your decisions.
- What a Birth Doula Does NOT Do
Does not speak on your behalf.
Does not replace your healthcare provider.
Does not replace your birth partner.

Birth Services
Birth Package $850.00
This birth package is tailored to you and your needs, but here is a basic rundown of what is included:
- Prenatal Visits Personalized to Your Care- Generally 1 hour long. These visits exist for us to get to get to know each other and start building a relationship. I would like to talk about your birth plan, have an in-depth childbirth education meeting, learn your comfort measures, and get to know how you are feeling about giving birth.
- Monthly Calls or Meetings - We will go over how you are feeling, after birth plans, and much more. As your doula I want to make sure you are on track after every visit.
- Constant Support - Whether through texts, emails, calls, I am available for you whenever you need me. I like to keep the hours from 8am-5pm, when possible.
- On Call - After you reach 36 weeks, I will be ready to join your birth journey anytime you call me!
- Active Labor - I will be there for you during your ACTIVE LABOR, and I will be there to support you the entire time.
- Immediate Postpartum- I will be available to you 1-3 hours after you give birth. I will be there to encourage bonding, will assist (if needed) with breastfeeding or bottle feeding, and will be there for anything else you may need.
- Follow up Postpartum Visits- You will have two postpartum visits with me; they will also both be about 1 hour. I like to discuss how you feel about how your birth went, how you are doing with the transition, how you and your newborn are adjusting, and very importantly how YOU are recovering.
